Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team at Montreux Electromechanical Work L L C. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the electrical systems and equipment of our property's facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property's facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct daily walk-arounds of all plant rooms and workshops, reporting any deviations.
  • Complete daily engineering operation checklists to ensure equipment is working in good condition.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all equipment that is non-operational.
  • Assist guests regarding property facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workshop, working place, and plant rooms before, during, and after work.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience with painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and pool/spa maintenance.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Adhere to HACCP procedures when intervening in the kitchen.
