About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our team at SharpMinds Consulting Engineers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models of mechanical systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain BIM models for mechanical systems using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
  2. Coordinate mechanical BIM models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to eliminate clashes.
  3. Ensure all models adhere to project-specific BIM execution plans and company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting Certificate/Diploma, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, focusing on mechanical systems.
  • Experience with GCC projects, preferably in healthcare, residential, commercial, hospitality, and/or institutional design sectors.
