We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented staffing operations manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to onboarding.
  • Develops and implements effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Sources candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Negotiates offers and closes deals with selected candidates.
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry into applicant tracking systems.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership or advisory role.
