We are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join Ventures Middle East (VME), where we strive for excellence in the production of Composite Polymeric Materials.

Job Role:

  • The Compliance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that VME's products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • The role includes managing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and improving product quality processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to ensure conformance to industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to guarantee compliance with local and international quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring seamless communication throughout the organization.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and test results, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality defects, minimizing their impact on production.
  • Train production staff on quality control procedures and standards, promoting a culture of excellence within VME.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, upholding VME's reputation for excellence.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on quality performance metrics, providing insights into process improvements.
