About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Installation and Maintenance:
    1. Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment to meet industry standards and company requirements.
    2. Identify and address potential issues or risks on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
    3. Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including performing warranty services as needed.
  2. Diagnostics and Repairs:
    1. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems to quickly identify and resolve issues.
    2. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  3. Compliance and Safety:
    1. Ensure compliance with appliance standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
    2. Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements to deliver high-quality services.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    1. Maintain accurate daily logs and records of all maintenance and repair activities.
    2. Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to team members as required.
  5. Customer Service:
    1. Assist customers with their queries and provide professional technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    2. Deliver high-quality services that meet customer expectations and build trust in our brand.
