About the role
The Legal Counsel drafts contract templates and reviews contracts of other departments. He/she analyzes legal risks for Al Etihad Payments and develops a mitigation plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on the preparation of contracts and other legal agreements.
- Support continuous improvement of standard agreements, contact management, and legal processes.
- Prepare, manage, and control legal cases filed by, and against, Al Etihad Payments.
- Provide legal opinions regarding all existing and potential liabilities related to Al Etihad Payments.
- Manage relationships with external local and international law firms.
**Requirements**
- 10 years of work experience in a related area.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law.
- Experience in managing a legal department is a must.
