Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team at First Select Employment Services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle all communication channels of the organization in a fluent and efficient manner.
- Travel and Expenses
- Maintain a detailed timeline of employee travel along with the incurred organizational expenses.
- Appointments and Meetings
- Schedule and manage all appointments and meetings to ensure they happen at the required time.
- Client and Visitor Management
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to the intended departments.
Requirements
- Adept at communicating all messages to the desired personnel fluently.
- Proficient in maintaining good relations with all employees ranging from top management to ground workers.
- Skilled professional with adequate knowledge of digital Office suite and general fundamentals of computing.
- Exhibiting commendable soft skills with an innate understanding of realistic challenges in specific tasks.
- Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Adept at managing several tasks in a prescribed timeframe using strategic methods and a well-defined timetable.
