We are seeking an experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our Asia Pacific and Japan Region team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing properties to support Amazon's growing business needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate management, with experience in land acquisition, leasing, and property development. You will work closely with lessors/vendors, local authorities, and internal partner teams to ensure adherence to contractual and statutory compliance in lease and owned site portfolios.

You will be responsible for procuring and managing third-party vendors on land bank management, advising on tenant improvement works, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met on time. Additionally, you will manage landlord change of ownership, oversee day-to-day operations of buildings, rental collection, and handle tenant emergencies or escalations.

Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
