Key Responsibilities:
- Cost Estimation: Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for Air Duct System enquiries, taking into account material costs, labor costs, and other relevant factors.
- Tender Preparation: Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Bill of Quantities and Product Cost Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities and product cost estimation forms, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.
- Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with the Sales team to review and approve cost estimates for customer quotes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of quotes.
