Main Duties- Greet guests warmly and provide them with accurate information about our resort and its facilities.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, processing transactions accurately and ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
- Offer personalized service to guests, attending to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with our F&B team to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
