- We maintain excellent NPS scores with high service standards.
- We comply with regulatory requirements while meeting business objectives.
- We introduce and drive bundled solutions that deepen relationships, address staff needs, and enhance capability, productivity, and process efficiency.
- We manage budget targets, ensuring they are met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Three years' relevant experience in the banking sector, with at least two years in similar positions.
