Key Responsibilities:
  1. Check-in/Check-out Procedures: Greet and register arriving guests, assigning rooms and accommodating special requests whenever possible. Verify payment methods and follow established credit-checking procedures.
  2. Guest Account Management: Process guest check-out procedures, settle accounts, and provide copies of invoices.
  3. Cash Handling and Foreign Exchange: Handle all front office cashiers' transactions, including posting charges to guests and exchanging foreign currency according to hotel procedures.
  4. Information and Communication: Answer guest requests and questions in a friendly and caring manner, whether by telephone or in person, providing information and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure seamless room status updates. You will also maintain product and service knowledge, as well as stay informed about hotel daily and meeting activities. A working knowledge of room reservation procedures is essential.
