  • Collaborating closely with client project teams to provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Advanced degree or MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational design, operational model innovation, governance, strategic leadership development, change management, or related fields.
  • Prior consultancy experience in the MENA region is highly regarded.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial insight related to project management.
  • Extensive experience in client interactions at senior organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Confidence to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding report writing and presentation capabilities.
