The Cloud Solution Engineer will play a key role in driving customer success and adoption of Oracle's cloud solutions. This individual will be responsible for aligning with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to define and execute cloud adoption strategies that meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customers' infrastructure and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers to ensure successful adoption and usage of Oracle's cloud solutions.
  • Work closely with the Oracle Cloud Adoption Manager to ensure customer adoption health and experience.
  • Orchestrate technical teams and skills to drive customer business outcomes and sustainable growth.
  • Build and execute consumption plans with customers to drive growth and expansion.
  • Act as a single point of contact for cloud engineering-related aspects and engage with Oracle Cloud technology teams to support customers.
