The Product Merchandising Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing product merchandising strategies that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction. This includes managing the product lifecycle, ensuring proper stock levels, and maintaining planograms and merchandising visibility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product merchandising plans to address business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including sales and stock planning, and ensure timely implementation of new product launches.
  • Prepare sales forecasts at the SKU level by store, country, and channel.
Requirements
  • Over 3+ years of experience within Buying with a strong background in Beauty.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Motivated, committed, goal-oriented with good communication skills.
