About Our Client

We are a specialist recruitment firm working with a major corporate based in the UAE. The company operates internationally and is actively investing in and expanding into new areas and businesses.

We are seeking a skilled legal counselor to join our team. The role involves advising on investment exits including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation. You will also be responsible for researching, drafting and implementing policies and processes that comply with laws across a variety of jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and experience in a legal environment where regulations are unclear or new. They will be able to represent the team and the company to the highest standard while supervising portfolio businesses and ensuring adherence to regulatory and governance requirements and investment terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on investment exits including drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
  • Research, draft and implement policies and processes that comply with laws across a variety of jurisdictions
Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer with experience from internally recognized law firms or equivalent in-house
  • Experience in a legal environment where regulations are unclear or new
