Required Qualifications

To be successful as a Commercial Aviation Maintenance Engineer, you must have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with experience in NDT testing and inspection.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure aircraft airworthiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the NDT Engineer to review task cards and understand work priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components, using specialized tools and techniques to identify any defects or damage.
  4. Perform NDT tests as instructed by assigned task cards, following approved data and procedures directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
  5. Work with the Engineer-in-Charge to prepare and perform scheduled aircraft maintenance, ensuring all necessary documentation, parts, and equipment are available and utilized correctly.
