Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive public affairs strategy to support our business objectives and enhance our reputation.
  • Manage partner policies communication and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our restaurant industry associations and advocacy groups.
  • Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and public forums to promote our interests and address concerns of our restaurant partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on public affairs and policy issues affecting our restaurant partners.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments that could impact our restaurant partners, and recommend appropriate actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, political science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the public affairs and government relations field.
  • Deep knowledge of the Middle East's policy environment.
  • Superb English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate cross-functionally while being accountable for public affairs matters.
  • Proven track record in policy partnership/campaign building.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Tech industry, consultancy, and government projects experience are preferred.
