As a Senior Client Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to expand their business with us;
  • Working closely with our sales team to understand client needs and preferences;
  • Providing tailored solutions that meet client business objectives;
  • Leveraging your expertise in IT Professional Services to drive business growth;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients;
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and updates.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in new business development, with a focus on selling IT Professional Services in the UAE and KSA;
  • Significant experience within the Financial Services industry, with a strong understanding of industry technological trends and challenges;
  • An existing network of contacts and/or previous customers in Financial Services;
  • Experience leading strategic new business development initiatives to drive sales opportunities for large enterprise clients;
  • Sales-driven professional with hunter-centric sales experience, including prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating, closing contracts, and building relationships.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
