Motorsport Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at EFR Motorsport. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic, preferably with European and performance or motorsport vehicles.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for motorsports and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosing and repairing vehicles, including European cars, high-performance, and race vehicles.
2. Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of automotive equipment.
3. Installing and upgrading performance parts, including suspension, brakes, and engine components.
4. Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues with precision.
5. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
6. Collaborating with the team to ensure vehicles meet EFR Motorsport standards.
