  • Develop bi-weekly presentations for customers, General Manager, CTO, and other stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and project advancements.
  • Evaluate and address customer issues efficiently, providing in-depth reviews of service disruptions, metrics, prelaunch planning, post-sales, and consultative expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and associated risk assessments.
