Job Summary

This role involves delivering PET/5G Bottled Water to customers in an efficient and timely manner using a delivery van. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate delivery records, providing exceptional customer service, and handling customer issues.

About the Role
  • Delivering bottled water to customers across various locations.
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records, including tracking and documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns.
  • Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
  1. Operate a delivery van safely and efficiently, navigating through various routes and traffic conditions.
  2. Load and unload bottled water from the van, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  3. Collect payments from customers, manage cash and process transactions accurately.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Related experience in delivery, sales, or customer service.
  • Clean Criminal Record Check.
  • Ability to lift 50-100 lbs of bottled water regularly throughout the day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
