We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Treasury to lead our treasury functions. This key role is responsible for optimizing cash flow, managing financial assets, and developing strategies for capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash and Liquidity Management: We oversee strategies to ensure optimal liquidity and efficient cash flow across company operations.
  • Banking Relationships: We develop and maintain strong relationships with key banking partners and financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms.
  • Financing & Capital Raising: We lead the identification, negotiation, and execution of financing strategies, including debt issuance and equity offerings.
  • Risk Management: We create and execute strategies to hedge and manage financial risks such as interest rate and foreign exchange risks.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in treasury management, finance, and project finance, with a strong background in capital markets, corporate finance, and risk management.
