Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day activities of our AV team and warehouse, ensuring seamless coordination and event readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event production or rental operations and excellent leadership and organizational skills.

  • Key Job Functions:
  • Manage the logistics, inventory, and maintenance of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with project managers and event teams to guarantee timely equipment setup and delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise the AV team and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
  • Maintain quality control standards for all AV equipment and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager in the events industry, preferably with expertise in event production or rental operations.
  • Proven experience in AV operations, warehouse management, or logistics.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced event environment.
  • Technical knowledge of AV equipment is a plus.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
