**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Global Recruitment Leader to join our team at Etihad Airways. As a Global Recruitment Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy and implementing innovative solutions to attract top technical talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Leverage industry networks, job boards, social media, and other channels to source and attract top candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and other internal partners to ensure seamless candidate experiences and successful hires.
  • Conduct assessments, including group assessment centers, technical competency tests, and interviews, to ensure fair and rigorous selection processes.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition within a complex global environment, preferably in technical roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple recruitment campaigns and achieving hiring goals.
  • Familiarity with assessment and selection methodologies, including design and facilitation of assessment centers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Ambassadorial qualities with the ability to represent Etihad in a professional and engaging manner.
