About the Role

The Five-Star Hotel Ambassador is a key member of our hotel team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a passion for providing personalized service, a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Communication: Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and offer accurate and timely information about the hotel's services, amenities, and the surrounding area.
  2. Coordinating with Other Departments: Communicate guests' needs to the appropriate hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, dining, etc.) to ensure requests are met promptly.
  3. Follow-Up: Check in with guests to ensure their requests have been fulfilled and gather feedback about their experience.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: One + years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with cross-cultural sensitivity, customer service orientation, and guest centricity.
