  • The director must analyze investment opportunities in the region to provide data support and market insights for fund investment decisions.
  • Developing and implementing business development plans based on market characteristics is key to expanding the fund's influence in the region.
  • Collaboration with the fund management team is necessary to formulate fundraising strategies, including fund size, investment areas, and expected returns.
  • Preparing and executing investor roadshows, including creating presentation materials, arranging meeting schedules, and following up on feedback, is also essential.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in asset management, private equity, or venture capital, with at least 5 years of management experience in investor relations.
  • A proven track record in fundraising, particularly in the Middle East, is required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary to establish good relationships with senior management and investors.
  • Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities are needed to adjust fundraising strategies based on market changes.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
