Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Schedule Management: Develop and maintain accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 software, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any potential delays.
  2. Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and control project progress, identifying and reporting any critical issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports to project management, highlighting key performance indicators, resource utilization, and cost trends.
  4. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders, including project management, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Extension of Time Claims: Prepare and analyze extension of time claims, utilizing Primavera P6 software to determine the impact on project schedules and budgets.
  6. Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and knowledge with the planning and construction teams to improve construction management capabilities.
  7. Leadership and Mentorship: Lead the project planning department, setting an example for project planning staff and providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  2. Hands-on experience in EOT claims
  3. 8+ years of work experience
