Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at NABEEL PERFUMES. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and stored, and that all shipments are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory, including First Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM).
  • Goods Receipt and Issue: Ensure that all GRN entries are up-to-date and that all goods are properly received and issued.
  • Transfer and Receiving: Oversee the transfer and receiving of goods, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Production Reporting: Process daily production reports, including delivery notes for FG, RM, and production transfer.
  • Order Execution: Execute online orders and arrange for the delivery of goods to customers.
  • Sample Management: Arrange for the storage and distribution of samples and related documentation for the sales department and management.
  • Requisition Processing: Process requisitions for FG and RM to be sent to sub-factories, warehouses, and outlets.
  • Warehouse Reporting: Generate daily reports on warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Sales Return and Damage Entry: Track and process sales returns and delivery note damage entries.
  • Branch Entries: Maintain accurate records of branch entries for premium products.
  • Product Verification: Cross-verify all products against packing lists and delivery orders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Experience in Warehouse Operations: 2+ years
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in all aspects of work
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
