We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our digital transformation project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for merging two Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the CC&B systems merger, including planning, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and customer service, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation projects, preferably within the utilities or telecommunications sector.
- Strong knowledge of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems and their integration.
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
