CSSD Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled CSSD Technician to join our team at the Client of Talentmate. As a CSSD Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

• Decontamination and Sterilization
  • Collect and process used and contaminated equipment, instruments, and supplies for decontamination and sterilization.
  • Operate and maintain decontamination equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Supply Chain Management
  • Prepare and pack decontaminated supplies for sterilization, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
  • Monitor and report any issues or problems with sterilization equipment, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Inventory Control and Maintenance
  • Manage inventory levels, reorder supplies, and check expiration dates to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures, sterilized items, equipment maintenance, and supplies.
