We are seeking to hire a Private Equity Financial Specialist at LHH Company. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and have a minimum of two years of experience in areas such as public accounting, private equity financial management, investment firm accounting, or real estate financial oversight. This role is particularly suited for individuals with a background in taxation who are interested in transitioning into a financial accounting position.
This role offers a competitive salary range of 90K-95K along with an attractive bonus structure. The organization is implementing a permanent hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
• Assist in the preparation of capital calls, distributions, and allocations for investors.
• Maintain comprehensive accounting records.
• Prepare journal entries that allocate income and losses from investments.
• Analyze daily cash transactions and fund flows.
• Prepare debt reconciliations and roll forwards for various facilities.
• Address investment accounting challenges involving complex investment structures.
• Support the manager in resolving issues promptly.
• Engage in special projects and analytical tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• CPA certification or candidacy is advantageous.
• A minimum of two years of professional accounting experience is required, preferably in public accounting, tax accounting, investment firm accounting, or real estate accounting.
