Qualifications

  1. Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
FP&A Expertise
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems.
Operational Acumen
  • Strong understanding of FMCG operations and their financial implications.
Analytical Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Communication
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
