Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect signs of diabetic retinopathy and other diabetes-related eye conditions.
  2. Provide diagnosis and develop personalized treatment plans, including medical, surgical, and non-surgical interventions.
  3. Counsel patients on preventive eye care, the impact of diabetes on vision, and lifestyle modifications for better eye health.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
  • Valid DHA license to practice as an Ophthalmologist.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably with a focus on diabetic eye care or in a related specialty.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with experience in diabetic retinopathy management preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
