Job Description:

The role of Business Development Manager at Damac Properties is to increase the existing customer base and focus on locating and qualifying new prospects to grow existing accounts by generating interest in the company's services and products. This position involves building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers across various projects, promoting and expanding the rental managed scheme business, and negotiating customer complaints.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, preferably with Dubai experience.
  • You are an Arabic/English speaker with a valid UAE driving license/vehicle.
  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in CRM (real estate) and possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You are proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  3. Develop strategies for entering new markets and building relationships with potential clients.
  4. Generate leads and create a sales pipeline for new clients.
  5. Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients to discuss business opportunities.
  6. Negotiate partnership terms and ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support business development efforts.
  8. Create and execute a business development plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
