  • Project Analysis: Assess project blueprints to identify the most efficient and economically viable construction techniques.
  • Quote Evaluation: Scrutinize and assess subcontractor and supplier bids to guarantee competitiveness and precision.
  • Cost Database Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of material expenses, labor rates, and other cost determinants to improve estimation reliability.
  • Value Engineering: Conduct thorough cost analyses and value engineering assessments to uncover cost-reduction possibilities and propose enhancements for project profitability.
  • Detailed Estimates: Prepare exhaustive and detailed cost estimates, encompassing labor, materials, equipment, and additional project expenditures.
  • Cost Monitoring: Oversee and track project expenses throughout the construction phase, identifying any discrepancies from the initial estimate and implementing necessary adjustments.
  • Industry Awareness: Remain informed about industry developments and shifts in materials, labor costs, and construction techniques to ensure estimations are both accurate and competitive.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and costs.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for interpreting complex construction plans and specifications.
