About the Role

AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Civil Inspector to join our team in a key role that will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Construction Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, quality control issues, and other relevant matters.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A Diploma in Engineering is required for this role. A related Degree in the Engineering field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of overall experience in construction supervision, with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies. Excellent communication and reporting skills.
