Job Description:

This role involves managing the talent acquisition process for assigned roles, sourcing candidates through various tools, and providing new solutions to attract top talents.

Responsibilities:
  • Work independently as a trusted advisor to provide talent solutions for recruitment-related activities.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process for assigned roles, including identifying technical and specialized skill sets.
  • Negotiate, present offers, and close deals with selected candidates.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.
  • Attend interviews and work closely with hiring managers to ensure credibility is maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8 years of talent acquisition experience with a preference for industry knowledge.
  • 3 years of experience working as a business partner or advisor leading projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • A passionate and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging environment.
