We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer with a robust understanding of network security architecture within enterprise environments, particularly in zero trust networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of application layer protocols.
  • Exhibit expertise in TCP/IP and troubleshooting from a network security standpoint.
  • Possess knowledge of DDoS attacks and familiarity with mitigation strategies and tools.
  • Have a solid grasp of Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), with a focus on Cisco Sourcefire and Checkpoint IPS.
  • Manage and configure next-generation firewalls, particularly Palo Alto and Checkpoint.
  • Understand and utilize Palo Alto Panorama and Checkpoint security management hardware.
  • Optional: Familiarity with open-source firewalls such as OPNsense and PFsense.
  • Oversee the management of multi-factor authentication.
  • Utilize firewall management tools like Algosec and Tufin.
  • Review and debug firewall rules and projects effectively.
  • Possess an understanding of automation, with experience in automating firewall policy changes being advantageous.
