About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team at the Pyramid Restaurant and Bar in Fairmont Dallas. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests.

• Shifts can include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.

• Follow restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, contents, and preparation methods.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.

• Adhere to payment and cash handling procedures.

• May have to assist In-Room Dining when needed.

Requirements

1. Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Food handler and TABC certifications are required.

• Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
• Constant standing and walking throughout the work shift.
• Exert physical effort in carrying items (up to 40 pounds).
• Frequent lifting, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
