We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and Serve Beverages
    • Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to guests' specifications
    • Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage Bar Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
    • Ensure that the bar area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times
  • Provide Excellent Guest Service
    • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements
