**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Treasury Banking Operations Analyst to join our team at MatchaTalent. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily banking operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payments processing, deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Supervise Daily Banking Operations:** Oversee the daily banking operations, including payments processing, deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- **Ensure Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local and international standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
- **Process Improvement:** Evaluate and improve payment processes, aligning with Treasury digital transformation initiatives such as Cash Pooling and aggregated payments processing.
- **Relationship Building:** Cultivate strong relationships with banking partners to streamline processes, address issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
- **Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate operational risks related to banking activities, including fraud prevention and cybersecurity measures.
- **Reporting:** Prepare reports on Treasury operations, performance, and key metrics to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- **Database Management:** Maintain a comprehensive banking master database for all group bank accounts.
- **Internal Support:** Assist internal departments and the group with new product development, implementations, and general Treasury/banking services inquiries.
- **Bank Account Management:** Develop, review, and negotiate bank account openings with financial institutions for the group.
- **Agreement Negotiation:** Review and negotiate banking agreements, including ISDA master agreements, SLAs, and MA-CUG agreements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and Treasury functions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
