We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mixologist to join our team at one of our luxury resorts. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique and innovative cocktails, engaging with guests, and ensuring all drinks are prepared to high standards.

• Create menus and recipes for signature cocktails.
• Prepare and serve cocktails to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in mixology techniques and procedures.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mixologist in a high-end bar or resort.
• Knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
