  • Monitor and manage cold chain logistics to ensure perishable goods are transported under suitable conditions.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to customs regulations, especially for F&B goods.
  • Ensure all freight activities comply with food safety regulations, customs requirements, and Kitopi's policies.
  • Analyze freight costs and propose strategies to improve efficiency without compromising F&B product quality.
  • Address and resolve freight-related challenges, such as delays or damages, to prevent disruptions to the supply chain.
  • Maintain real-time tracking of shipments and provide updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of logistics or freight control experience in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and transportation requirements for perishable goods.
  • Familiarity with customs procedures and regulations specific to food products.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex freight operations.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing freight vendors and internal stakeholders.
