As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will partner with category teams and other internal Amazon business stakeholders to drive advertiser success.

You must be passionate about understanding the range of advertising products, business drivers for performance, and act as a consultant to sellers/advertisers to enable their success.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Become an expert on Amazon's solutions and adapt recommendations based on advertiser needs
  2. In-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
  3. Optimize campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
  4. Work cross-functionally with other Amazon teams to deliver towards business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • More than 3+ years of experience in sales
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • University degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • Confidence in analyzing number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp. Excel)
  • An exceptional eye for detail, ability to solve problems, and aptitude to multi-task
  • An organized approach and a real team player who is willing to roll up sleeves
