Talent Acquisition Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to lead regional talent acquisition strategies, enhance recruitment processes, and drive hiring efforts for various roles within the organization.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the region to increase hiring efficiency and quality of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the region.
  • Oversee and manage recruitment campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Drive hiring initiatives and optimize time-to-hire through targeted campaigns and analytics.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives and regional needs.
  • BUILD strong partnerships with local universities and training institutions.
  • Develop and adapt content marketing strategies to resonate with regional audiences.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Forex, Fintech, FMCG industries.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor markets, including cultural and regulatory aspects.
  • Native English speaker with fluency in other languages.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
