About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Power Distribution Specialist to join our team. As a Power Distribution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our installed base products.

Your primary focus will be on performing engineering commissioning, service, repair, and preventive maintenance on our products. You will also be involved in scheduling and planning of works, securing timely reporting, and providing optimum engineering service support for customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent technical knowledge and experience with switchgears, electrical panels, LV, and MV. Strong communication skills, customer focus, flexibility, and ability to work with different cultures are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering commissioning, service, repair, and preventive maintenance on our installed base/products.
  • Proactively involved in scheduling/planning of works.
  • Secure timely reporting and technical engineering reports are done in connection to each individual work.
  • Provide optimum engineering service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
  • Develop service-related training for field engineers and customers.
  • Perform service engineering activities according to company policies and safety standards.
  • Develop technical documentation for service-related issues and resolutions.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues.
  • Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes.
  • Educate customer representatives about the product usage and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and technical service engineering knowledge.
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues.
  • Inform management of product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.
