Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions for real estate companies. This includes integrating Salesforce with Oracle Fusion through OIC and Mulesoft, migrating high-volume data from/to Salesforce, and ensuring seamless deployment using CI/CD processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in delivering complex Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical capacity for large-scale implementations, including at least 2 projects in the real estate vertical.
  • Strong experience in solution design, development, and integration in high-value and high-volume transactional environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
