Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
  • License: Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience as a corporate lawyer, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbally and in writing, with a strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
