Job Title: Food and Beverage Associate

This role involves providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct preparation and timely delivery of food and drinks.

  • Welcome guests and take orders.
  • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring correct preparation and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Handle payments, process credit card transactions, make change, and provide receipts.
Key Accountabilities
  1. Welcome guests and introduce yourself.
  2. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring correct preparation and timely delivery.
  3. Respond to guest requests and ensure special requests are met.
  4. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction with food, service, and atmosphere.
  5. Maintain inventory of food and beverages, restocking items as needed.
  6. Ensure all food and beverages meet quality and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
